2024-25 SCHOOL CALENDAR

Little Worlds Workshop follows the SFUSD schedule of holidays plus several additional teacher planning days. We are open for most of the summer. We close for three weeks in July/August. 

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL 2024-25: August 26, 2024

Little Worlds Workshop will be closed on the following days:

September 2, 2024: Labor Day

October 11 and October 14, 2023: Indigenous People’s Day and Teacher Prep

November 11, 2023: Veteran’s Day

Nov. 25- Nov. 29, 2023:  Thanksgiving Break

Dec. 23- January 3, 2025 : Winter Break

January 20, 2025: Martin Luther King Jr. Day

January 29: Lunar New Year + Teacher's Prep

February 17 2025: President’s Day 

March 28- April 4, 2025: Spring Break

May 26, 2025: Memorial Day

June 19-20, 2025: Juneteenth and Teacher Prep

June 30-July 4, 2025: Independence Wee Break

*Aug. 4- Aug. 15, 2025 (2 FULL WEEKS): Summer Closure

*August 18-22, 2025 (1 FULL WEEK): Teacher Inservice, school closed

*August 25, 2025- START OF 2025-26 SCHOOL YEAR

*These summer break and school start dates may change by a week. They are set based on when SFUSD sets their start date and will be updated when SFUSD releases those dates, usually around January 2025.
